Steel City Tool Works Announces
Reorganization Plan

Steel City Tool Works announces the reorganization of its U.S. operations,
consolidating all sales, service and corporate functions in a new facility located in Pittsburgh, PA.
The new, expanded corporate headquarters, to be completed in August
2007, will be structured and staffed to support Steel City's two
divisions. The Steel City branded division, now located in
Murfreesboro, TN and the private label division, Orion International of
Pittsburgh, PA, will both operate from a the new corporate facility.
Mark Strahler, Steel City's President and CEO states, "Our business is
rapidly growing, contributing to our decision to move into larger,
state-of-the art facilities in Pittsburgh. To best serve our customers,
we must continue to operate efficiently and progressively. This will be
best accomplished with our U.S. team assembled under one roof, working
closely to drive innovation and stay focused on achieving common goals.
We are working with key TN employees to relocate and join our team in
PA."
All business functions, including Customer and Technical Services,
Engineering, and Sales & Marketing, will operate from the
Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. Warehousing and distribution for the U.S.
market will remain in Tennessee, and the Canadian division of Steel
City will continue to operate as currently structured. Steel City Tool
Works, formed in August 2005 by Strahler, Scott Box and several
woodworking industry executives, now has two divisions. Steel City's
private label division, Orion International, originally founded by
Strahler and Nanette Rizzo in January of 2000, supplies a wide range
of bench-top and stationary woodworking machines to various retailers,
including Sears, Woodcraft Supply and Blain Supply. Steel City's
branded division recently launched a new line of industrial woodworking
products, marketed under the Steel City brand and sold through
independent distributors throughout the United States and Canada.
