Steel City announces the winner of Popular Woodworking's online tools contest, Albert Keener of Chester, IL.

Keener was presented with his prize — a Steel City 10" Deluxe Titanium Table Saw — by Holz Tool Supply Inc., a Steel City distributor in Mt. Vernon, IL.

"I don't think there's a finer tool on the market," Keener, a long time carpenter, said after being asked about his prize. "I've never seen anything like it."

To win his prize, Keener answered a series of questions about the Titanium Table Saw on Popular Woodworking's site, www.popularwoodworking.com.
